I read a lot of people's blogs. I sneak around like an e-stalker, reading about what everyone is up to, without leaving any tracks to show that I had been there. I act like I think blogs are for housewives and schemers trying to sell their scams to people, but secretly I've always wanted one. My own corner of the Internet, where I control the stories, the pictures, the music, and everything else witout boundaries or limits. The day has finally come.
I do a lot of writing. I even get paid to write, which is weird since I think anyone could write what I write. I enjoy most of the writing assignments I take on as an internet ghost writer, but I'm looking forward to having a place (this blog) where I can actually inject a little of my personality into my writing. Don't get me wrong, I love writing articles about how to send money to India or Cambodia, or about a program that guarantees massive weight loss with just one 12 minute workout each week...I'm passionate about those topics, don't get me wrong, but they're not really me. This blog will be me.
So bear with me, I don't know how to put a song on my site. I don't know how to post a picture. I'm not even sure if what I'm typing right now is going to end up in a place where people can read it. But I am excited about the possibilities. I've done some cool things recently that I'd like to write about. I have opinions about a lot of things that I don't always share in group settings that might come out here. I welcome your comments and look forward to building an online playground for all you kids to hang out in once in a while.

This is sooooo exciting! Post some pictures! By the way, if anyone is reading this-give your money to Brian to invest! He is the best stockbroker ever!
ReplyDeleteWow fantastic endorsement from Mel. If I invest with you does Mel get a referral compensation...dinner for 2 or perhaps even a cookie bouqet! I'd love to come to your playground sometime, but I always feel more comfortable staying in my car and staring at the children, if you don't mind.
